Bay Coffee Company is a locally owned and operated business supplying high quality coffee beans and associated products to Cafes and Restaurants throughout the Bay of Plenty. We are a small, dedicated team and our focus is on giving the best service possible to our customers. If your machine breaks down or you run out of coffee - we are here for you 24/7.

From the start we can advise you on the right equipment for your cafe together with all the accessories needed, and the best blend of coffee to suit your needs.
We install the equipment for you and also give full training on set up. However the training does not end there as we continue to train your baristas as required. Our aim is to help you to make an exceptional cup of coffee, that will have your customers coming back for more.
We make regular visits to your cafe to answer any questions that you may have, adjust the machine so that it is working to the best of its ability, and to sort out any problems that may have arisen.
We also do regular servicing of your machines and have qualified technicians who can quickly repair any breakdowns.
We contact you every Monday or Tuesday to find out your requirements for the week and deliver the same day (if Local) or the next day by courier. (except Rural)
